Lifestyles are social practices and ways of living adopted by individuals that reflect personal, group and socio-economic identities.
Our goal is to provide intervention focused on weight loss and habit change.
As well as intervention focused on limiting screen time and decreasing sedentary behavior.
We will do this by creating experiences with modest but achievable adjustments to lifestyle behaviors.
Mindful Movement is a 18 session wellness program aimed at promoting healthy habits through lifestyle changes.
This self management program helps individuals take ownership of their health and learn to engage in activities that promote health.
The Mindful Movement is focus on the rural population ages 3 - 17 years old.
Helping parents establish better lifestyle choices will aid in the development of future generations.
