 You might be interested in yoga to help you with flexibility, or you might be interested in yoga to help you deepen your connection to your inner source, either way we can assist you with proper posture & alignment in the asanas, while teaching you deeper yogic philosophy, if you are into that sort of thing. 

No matter which route you choose yoga begins with the health of the physical body as a route to improving the state of mental, emotional and ultimately spiritual well-being. 

Yoga postures and breathing exercises form a balanced and holistic approach to countering stress in our daily lives, improving flexibility and strengthening core muscles.
